It's four in the morning

 I've tossed and turned for the past hour and I'm wide awake so it's pointless just laying in bed. I decided to get up and make a cuppa. Far better that I get up and do something useful than just lay there. Before we went to bed Tony banked up the fire in the wood burner and usually it keeps the whole house at a pleasant temperature.  I think the trouble is that the house feels a bit too warm for me so it must be milder out. With a bit of luck we can go for a walk later today. It hammered down on and off all day yesterday so we didn't feel like going out.
